I’m a little late to the party, but I finally got my hands on a pair of Air Max 270s last month. What held me back so long? I got bills to pay! I was getting a little carried away with the new kicks since I just got PG2s for playing ball, so I had to slow things down for myself. I try to limit myself to one new pair a month (preferably on sale, shouts to The Closet Inc. for the 270s on sale) because it’s an expensive habit! I envy all the sneaker heads who are willing to commit paycheques, and although I love new artistry and the culture of sneakers, my budgeting does not allow for me to spend too much on new kicks all the time.
Now back to the 270s, I did a lot of research behind the 270s and the Reacts debating which pair I wanted to get. I eventually decided to rock with the 270s and I have absolutely zero regrets.
The 270s are now the biggest visible air bubble for wearers to have a comfortable step each time. Drawing similarities to the Air Max 180 with the tongue top, the 270s have a specific fabric that makes an extremely snug fit around your foot. I’ve walked around all day in these kicks, gone through all-day photoshoots in then, and the next step will be traveling with them.
They’ve endured days of over 10k steps and I’ve had zero issues afterwards. Knees and feet still perfectly in tact. The bold colours and the lightness of the shoe make this an easy-wear for anyone looking for a new pair of kicks to chill in!
